The rotary spray desulfurization technology and equipment are applicable to flue gas desulfurization in coal burning, oil burning, gas burning, thermal power generation, metallurgy, chemical industry, solid waste treatment and other industries, especially the flue gas desulfurization and magnesium oxide of sintering and pelletizing technology at a cost of one ton. Key technology 1) rotary spray desulfurization process device is composed of rotary spray desulfurization tower, top flue gas distributor, central flue gas distributor and rotary atomizer. The rotary spray desulfurization technology has obtained three national patents: "a new type of sintered flue gas desulfurization tower device", "a new type of sintered flue gas flat desulfurization tower device" and "a single entry rotary spray desulfurization tower". 2) preparation and anti-plugging technology of slurry: the preparation of slurry is composed of quick lime powder silo, digestion tank, vibrating screen, slurry tank, slurry top tank and accident tank. The technology of slurry preparation and blocking resistance has been awarded two patents: one kind of sintered flue gas desulfurization digester and one new type of flue gas desulfurization system accident pool. 3) desulphurization and dust removal process of sintered flue gas: a special desulphurization bag filter with anti-condensation, anti-corrosion and anti-paste bag, suitable for desulphurization and rotary spray drying of sintered flue gas; Set the flue gas flow rate adjusting valve to ensure the proportion of the top part of the desulphurization tower and the central flue gas distributor; Optimize desulphurization ash bin and circulating powder bin combined. Sintered flue gas desulfurization and dust removal technology has been awarded three national patents: one kind of bag filter, one kind of regulating valve to regulate the flow ratio of sintered flue gas, and one kind of sintered flue gas desulfurization ash bin. 2. After adopting the rotary spray desulfurization technology, the technical indicators meet the following requirements: 1) SO2 is no more than 100mg/Nm3; 2) the removal rate of SO2 is not less than 90%; 3) dust is no more than 30mg/Nm3; 4) system perimeter noise: less than or equal to 85dB; 5) the rate of desulfurization device is not less than 98%. ; 6) air leakage rate of desulfurization system: no more than 3%. 3. Application of rotary spray desulfurization technology of sintered flue gas in December 2009, the first successful application of this technology in China to series B series 328m2 sintering machine in the west part of anshan iron & steel co., LTD. West side B series 328 m2 sintering smoke volume is 198 x 104 m3 / h, SO2 concentration is 400-1400 mg/m3, an average of 850 mg/m3, NOx concentration of 100-100 mg/m3, an average of 200 mg/m3, flue gas temperature of 80-150 ℃, 120 ℃ average; After desulfurization, the emission concentration of SO2 is no more than 100mg/m3 and that of dust is no more than 30mg/m3.
